Before you go off on someone telling them that being a vegan is an easy and cheap, please remember that not everyone has the same resources as you do. Not everyone can buy organic beans or the best meat replacement because maybe not everyone has access to an awesome grocery store.

so, i’ve been a vegetarian for about 8 years now - basically, since i was 10 years old. i originally chose it because i was all about animal rights. eventually, i gave that up but continued to be vegetarian because i was so used to it. now, i find that its a very practical way to live - it’s good for the environment, and a lot cheaper to maintain.
